The course “ISO 22301 – Planning and Support” is a set of practical guidelines and a kind of “navigator” designed to help you understand the requirements of the standard in building and maintaining a Business Continuity Management System (BCMS). Through this course, you will learn how to:

💡 define measurable objectives aligned with the organization’s policy,
💡 plan and control changes that may affect the system.

You will also learn how to ensure adequate resources and competencies within the team, how to build awareness among employees, and how to plan effective communication and documentation.
